- Contact Customer Support to speak with an agent about the items that you wish to return.
- Customer Support will then share a link with you to fill out with information regarding the return.
- A prepaid label is generated that you attach to your return and then simply send the item in.
All refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of the package.
