How do I exchange an item?

At Cosy House Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you’re not, we’re more than happy to help you exchange your items for something different. Please follow the below instructions for how to exchange your items.

  1. Contact Customer Support to speak with an agent about the items that you wish to exchange.
  2. Customer Support will then share a link with you to fill out with information regarding the exchange.
  3. A prepaid label is generated that you attach to your exchange and then simply send the item in.

When your exchange is received, it is processed (typically within 24-48 hours) and the exchanged item is shipped off, expedited to you free of charge.

Cosy House Collection accepts exchanges within a 30-day time period of purchase.
